To apply to exhibit for edACCESS 2008, please fill out and submit the form below.

When the application form information is complete you can send your application information by e-mail, or print the form for mailing.

When you submit your application form it will be e-mailed to the edACCESS vendor liaison. A copy will also be sent to you at the e-mail address you supplied on the form.

IMPORTANT! You must send your payment, as described below, to complete your application. Your application to exhibit will not be processed until payment has been received.

Vendors are provided: an 8 foot folding table, linen, a/c power, and wireless networking. LCD projectors are provided during vendor presentations.

Vendors should bring extension cords and ethernet patch cords.

Vendors will be sent further information regarding venue access times and conference presentation times.
