edACCESS has two forms of affiliation — school membership and vendor membership. edACCESS is a completely volunteer run and governed organization, with no paid staff. Membership fees are used to offset our operating expenses, mainly web site maintenance and mailings. We hope that you will consider joining edACCESS to support our organization.edACCESS School Membership
edACCESS school members are individuals who are employed by a school or college. School membership costs $20 per year, and is renewable in July each year. Conference attendees can join or renew their membership as part of their conference registration. School membership includes the following benefits:
- membership on the edACCESS listserv
- access to the school members section of our website
- copies of the edACCESS vendor directory, a valuable compendium of vendors who provide products and services of interest to our members
- participation in the edACCESS site visit program, providing an opportunity to receive low cost help and confidential focussed consulting on your school’s operations and concerns by a panel of your peers

edACCESS Vendor Membership
edACCESS vendor members are companies who provide products or services of interest to our school members. Vendor membership costs $50 per year, and is renewable in July each year. Conference vendors can join or renew their membership as part of their conference registration. Vendor membership includes the following benefits:

- inclusion in the edACCESS vendor directory, a compendium of vendors who provide products and services of interest to our members
