edACCESS School Membership Application

Membership in edACCESS costs $20 per year for educational institutions. To join edACCESS, please fill out the form below.

Your registration information will be e-mailed to the edACCESS membership coordinator. A copy will also be sent to you at the e-mail address you supplied on the form. You must send your $20 payment, as described below, to complete your registration. If you wish you may print your information for your or your school's records.
