Each year, edACCESS invites a variety of vendors of products and services of particular interest to administrative computing staffs at small schools. Vendor products include administrative software, web databases and development services, cabling and infrastructure design, telephone equipment and services, consulting services, and general technology products. If there’s a vendor you’d like to meet, please contact our vendor coordinator. In addition, vendors are given the opportunity to give a vendor presentation during the vendor exhibition, allowing attendees to learn more about available products and services.
Vendor booths are limited and have sold out the last three years. Early registration is strongly recommended!
Early registration……Paid in full before March 15……$450
Standard registration……Paid in full before April 17……$575
Late registration……Payment received after April 17……$700
These fees include attendance for up to two vendor representatives. One or two additional representatives may attend for an additional fee of $50 per person. Please use the second registration form for this.
Please note: Booth sharing by more than one company at edACCESS is not allowed without prior approval. Approval of sharing is at the discretion of the vendor coordinator, and, if approved, will incur an additional fee. Non-approved companies that show up at the conference will be asked to leave.
